Glad to see you are not on a complete sabbatical.
I only recently discovered your blog but I find it interesting and informative and always check to see if you have posted anything new.
You would know better than I if it is true or not but the presentation on China sure reminds me of the builders (and lenders) in the US that started in the beginning of the boom times and had no conception nor preparation for anything else but business in those boom times.
This has been on my mind for some time..... it sure raises a few questions..
